You’ve seen it, guys! I decided to head to the beautiful beach of Maro, and here we are, bright and early, at the parking area. During the summer, this place gets quite busy, so arriving early is key. The entrance fee is just one euro, and if you’re lucky, you might find a spot along the road. Otherwise, you can unload your things at the bottom and then park elsewhere.
Finding a place to park can be tricky, especially during peak season. Here are some tips to help you:
- If the main parking area is full, consider parking in the village. It’s about a 30 to 45-minute walk, but it’s manageable with your belongings.
- There are additional parking options outside the main area, but be prepared for a bit of a walk.
To make the most of your visit, aim to get there early. This not only gives you a better chance of finding a parking spot but also allows you to enjoy the beach before the crowds arrive. Keep in mind that if the barrier closes, you might not be able to drive down, which happened to us one year. So, the trick is to start your day early!
Today is such an amazing day to be here, and I’m excited to introduce you to this new type of dragon cut. We’re heading to some stunning beaches that have a true Caribbean postcard feel, with incredibly clear and beautiful waters. You’ll see what I mean soon!
Exploring the Crystal-clear Waters
Right here, you’ll find the company that rents out kayaks. We’re literally at the water’s edge, and I believe you can make reservations through WhatsApp. It’s super convenient. We didn’t buy a boat, but instead, we opted for the inflatable ones that come with batteries. This makes it really easy to set up right at the shore.
The Benefits of Inflatable Boats
- Convenience: You can inflate them right at the beach.
- Portability: The inflatable boat is semi-rigid with a fabric covering, which means it doesn’t take up much space when deflated.
We often go on many kayak trips, and having this semi-rigid inflatable is a game-changer. It’s easy to handle and store. So, let’s finish inflating the boat and head out. We’ve just arrived, and I can already tell it’s going to be amazing, just like the last time we were here. Let’s see how it goes!
When visiting the beach, it’s essential to be prepared. Even if you’re planning a day under the sun, wearing a neoprene suit can be a smart choice. After spending some time by the shore, you might feel the chill creeping in. Embrace the moment, soak in the beauty, and let yourself be inspired by the surroundings. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or you’ve walked on its sands before, this place always offers something special.
Discover the Beauty of Nature
The allure of this destination isn’t limited to its stunning waterfall. It’s about the diverse fauna, the hidden corners, and the expansive sea. Each visit unveils a new detail worth exploring. Spend the day appreciating every aspect, from the smallest creatures to the vast ocean views.
Plan Your Visit
- Make sure to visit at least once in your lifetime.
- Choose a day with good weather, especially if you’re exploring the north.
- Summer months are ideal, but remember to arrive early as it tends to get crowded.
- Be aware of local restrictions, especially in light of recent health guidelines.
So, as we wrap up today’s adventure, I hope you find inspiration to visit and experience the wonders for yourself. It’s a remarkable place that deserves your attention and admiration.
